Frequently asked questions about watching the video:

Do I need to download software or an app to view the livestream?

No! You just need to be able to connect to the internet. You will view the livestream at the website link provided, available anywhere there is internet access.

Is there a preferred browser to view the livestream?

For best viewing, use one of the following browsers (latest version of the browser):
Chrome (recommended)
Firefox
Safari

What if I can’t see the livestream playing at the designated time?

If you connect to the link before the designated livestream time, you might need to refresh your browser at the start time to see the livestream in progress or to have the “Watch Live” option to start the livestream.

What if Vimeo is saying I don’t have access to watch the program?

Please check that the link is not trying to open in the Vimeo app. If you have the Vimeo app, your device might default to trying to open the link using the app. The link is only viewable in a web browser so you should copy and paste it into Google Chrome or your preferred browser.

I can’t hear the livestream. How do I enable the audio?

If you do not hear the livestream audio, you may need to tap “Tap to Unmute” at the top of the viewing screen. If that is not the issue, please ensure your device volume is turned up.

How do I get the best quality livestream?

For the best quality, click the gear wheel on the bottom right of the video player and set it to Auto. This will ensure the Vimeo player is adjusting for the best quality based on your Internet, processing speed and player size.

Can I watch the livestream full screen or only in the Vimeo Showcase view?

You can choose to go full screen with the livestream by clicking the full screen icon box at the bottom right of the screen (visible when you hover your mouse over the player and the player controls appear). Then click ESC to exit out of full screen.
